i have one breast lasrger than the other, and the difference is big enough to make me very self consious. im thinking about breast enhancement pills, but do they really work? and what is the best one?

I don’t think they work. And I’d be very careful about “natural” stuff that comes from an industry in the form of pills and stored in plastic containers. Doesn’t look natural to me.
Besides, I doubt the pills are able to tell which breast to enhance…
None of them will work for “evening out” the size of your breasts. Gaining weight or gaining muscle is the only way to increase your bust size, and either way will make each grow at the different sizes they currently are (regardless of whether the pills work or not). For that matter, I’ve also heard that most of them don’t work aside from forcing weight gain.
I know a woman who was rather self-conscious because one breast was a cup-size larger than the other. The only way she found to correct it (after asking a few doctors as well) was to have liposuction on the larger one to shrink it and/or on the smaller one to make it larger. The reason this would work is because it would move the fat cells within the body to even out the appearance.
At this point, she can’t afford it, but in the mean time, she has bought bras that fit the right way so that she can’t notice as much and she has looked at buying a little pad for the smaller one (so they look even while she’s wearing a bra). It’s not a permanent fix, but she is much happier accepting it like that than she was.
The biggest reason that would be the only viable way is that whenever you gain or lose weight, all the fat cells in your body (including those in your breasts) will all gain or lose content at the same rate…. you can’t lose more fat in one area than another without physically removing the fat.
